Let's get your accreditation sorted

From £195 + VAT — a flat fee by team size, covering the whole application however many rounds the assessor takes. Full terms.

2. The work you do

This decides which risk assessments your pack needs — it's the one thing we can't guess.

3. The accreditation
So there's no surprise later: CHAS charge their own annual membership fee directly — roughly £349–£749 + VAT depending on the level and how many people you employ. That's separate from our £195, and you pay them for it. We're the people who do the paperwork.
4. What you've already got

Rough guess is fine — nothing here is binding, and "no" is a perfectly normal answer to all of them. It just tells us how much to build.

5. Terms

The short version — the full terms are three minutes long and worth reading:

  • A flat fee by team size — £195 up to 10 staff, £295 for 11–50, £395 for 51+, all + VAT — paid before we start. CHAS's own membership fee is separate and you pay it directly.
  • We submit within 48 hours of having everything we need from you. The scheme then takes 10–15 business days at their own pace.
  • 12 months of support after you're accredited is included.
  • We build your documents, you check and sign them — they become your documents, so read them.
  • We handle the assessor's questions until the application is decided. No extra charge, however many rounds.
  • We don't guarantee a pass — nobody honestly can. We do guarantee we stay with it and keep resubmitting until it's decided.
  • You have 30 days to send us your documents, and the engagement runs for 60 days. We'll chase you well before either matters.
  • Once we've delivered your document pack the fee isn't refundable — that's where the work is. Before we start, it's a full refund, no questions.
  • Legal responsibility for health and safety stays with you. An accreditation doesn't change that and neither do we.
